Organized by the Portuguese Association of Facility Management (APFM), the event promoted an enriching discussion on the evolution of work environments and how they should meet the current needs of their employees.
The exchange of ideas on flexibility, sustainability, and the integration of new technologies during the session highlighted the importance of viewing corporate spaces as drivers of productivity and well-being.
For Mota-Engil ATIV, it is a source of pride to support and contribute to the debate and sharing of enriching experiences in the field of Facility Management.
“It is important to follow what is happening in this field, particularly in terms of space management. Being attentive to the current landscape is essential to adapt our spaces to the demands and needs of our employees,” highlighted Fernando Ramos, COO of Mota-Engil ATIV.
Supported by this concept, he further explained that in the most representative facilities, both in Alverca and Modivas, “we have managed to adapt them to have a modern, functional, and highly collaborative look,” adding that in other facilities, “we are progressively making some adaptations and improvements.”
Divided into two panels, “Work Environments and Well-Being: Balancing Productivity and Inclusion” and “Managing Flexible Environments: Innovation and Connectivity in the Workplace,” the conference aims to empower professionals to develop more sustainable and responsible strategies, aligned with the current and future challenges of the sector.
