Energy Certification of Buildings (RECS)

  • Performance of energy audits and issuance of Energy Certificates (EC);
  • Drafting of a Plan for the Improvement of the Energy Performance of Buildings (PDEE), for Large Commercial and Services Buildings (GES), with energy consumption equal to or greater than 5.5 GWhEP, or a class lower than C;
  • Monitoring of the PDEE through Implementation and Monitoring Reports (RIA);
  • Technical system inspections;
  • Preparation of indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments;
  • Drawing up a Facility Maintenance Plan;
  • Oversight by the Energy Management Technician (EMT).
