Mota-Engil has just launched the latest edition of the Group’s Corporate Internship Program, which it considers to be the largest edition ever of Start@ME.
The initiative, now in its 11th edition, has facilitated the integration of young talent through a model of selection, onboarding, continuous training, and career development support across the Group’s various areas and geographies.
On one of the days of the Onboarding process, around 90 trainees traveled to Lisbon to explore some of the Group’s companies, namely Mota-Engil Capital, Mota-Engil Renewing, and to dive into the world of Mota-Engil ATIV.
In addition to the informational session held by CEO Augusto Junqueiro, the trainees also had the opportunity to visit ATIV’s headquarters in Alverca, followed by networking and collaborative work among all participants in various workspaces.
