The Industry Division of Mota-Engil ATIV began regular maintenance and technical assistance services for the ash and slag conveyors at the São João da Talha and Mato da Cruz facilities of Valorsul in early March.
Based on planned maintenance, including the lubrication of various equipment, the work generally encompasses all periodic and non-periodic operations such as disassembly, assembly, technical cleaning, testing, repairs, manufacturing, replacements, and all necessary inspections for the complete maintenance of the specified equipment.
One of the primary focuses is to avoid unplanned corrective maintenance, thus preventing machine downtime and loss of production.
This contract with Mota-Engil ATIV also complements the ongoing contract at the Lumiar Sorting Center, providing greater flexibility between teams.
