On March 21, the Business Hosting Area of Amareleja, in the municipality of Moura, was inaugurated with the allocation of lots to entrepreneurs who will be developing their activities there.
The new business zone, managed by Mota-Engil ATIV, included the creation of 22 lots dedicated to economic activities. In the first phase, all works related to the implementation of infrastructure were carried out, including the roadways (roads and parking areas) providing access to the lots and the corresponding basic sanitation, electricity, and telecommunications infrastructure.
The project, whose main objectives are to create conditions to attract and retain businesses, represents an important step for the Moura City Council in the process of constructing the new Amareleja Industrial Zone. It is a significant investment for the town as well as for the entire municipality.
Mota-Engil ATIV was responsible for the landscape architecture, including land modeling, hydroseeding, planting, and urban furniture. They also handled the road infrastructure, including pavements and road signage, water distribution network, wastewater drainage, electricity and public lighting, gas network, and the public ITUR network.
