In a moment of sharing, strategic alignment, and team spirit reinforcement, the session began with a “Safety Moment,” dedicated to promoting a culture of workplace safety.
Mota-Engil ATIV’s CEO, Augusto Junqueiro, emphasized the importance of safety, planning, and prevention as fundamental pillars to ensure the well-being of all employees, calling for individual and collective responsibility in adopting safe practices.
Relevant data on safe driving was presented, highlighting the importance of complying with traffic laws, planning trips, and regularly checking vehicles. Regarding accidents within Mota-Engil ATIV, the main causes of accidents and near misses were addressed, along with ongoing improvement actions and the importance of the Mota-Engil Group’s Golden Rules.
This was followed by the presentation of the foundations of the Strategic Plan 2026–2030, including financial projections by business area and joint action plans, reinforcing the importance of involving all teams to turn these foundations into action plans by area, thus completing the Strategic Plan. A plan that we will implement together, achieving its goals.
The meeting also included a tribute to board member Fernando Ramos, who is retiring this year, for his outstanding contribution to the company, in a moment marked by emotion and recognition.
There was also time for a group activity focused on team spirit and the importance of collaboration between different teams within the same organization, accompanied by the company anthem “We are ATIV, We are more than a thousand.”
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mota-Engil ATIV, José Pedro Freitas, closed the event by highlighting the Organization’s commitment to safety, responsibility, and operational excellence, in a message of confidence and belief in the value of our teams, unlocking our potential to generate sustainable growth and positive impact in the community.
