Within the scope of the Framework Agreement for the maintenance of Green Spaces in the City of Lisbon, Motta-Engil ATIV was awarded Zone 8 of Monsanto Forest Park, which is considered the “lung” of Lisbon. In this contract, Motta-Engil ATIV faces the important challenge of maintaining, caring for, and preserving an area of the largest Forest Park in Portugal.
For a period of three years, Motta-Engil ATIV will be responsible for the maintenance of the areas of Encosta do Penêdo, Keil do Amaral, Equestrian Center, Nó Sul – Centro A5, and Rotunda Estrada do Penedo.
The Green Space Maintenance services cover several activities that include the management and conservation of the forest areas, ensuring the health of the trees and promoting local biodiversity. In addition, cleaning and preservation of trails, paths, and urban parks are carried out.
