Almada Fórum has a Gross Area of 78,815 m² and consists of 240 stores distributed across three floors, 40 restaurants, and 14 cinema halls.
Fórum Algarve is one of the largest shopping centers in the region. With 100 stores, 20 restaurants, 5 cinema halls, a hypermarket, and a parking lot for 2,300 vehicles, it is a flagship project, attracting 8 million visitors annually.

ATIV is responsible not only for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Electrical, HVAC, and Mechanical installations but also for using diagnostic techniques that help anticipate potential issues, allowing proactive intervention at their source. Additionally, it is tasked with carrying out supplementary work, including plumbing, drainage, civil construction, carpentry, metalwork, painting, and more.
