Mota-Engil ATIV is completing the exterior arrangements of the Hotel Kopke in Vila Nova de Gaia, whose construction is being carried out by Mota-Engil Engenharia e Construção.

The Kopke is part of the Tivoli hotel chain, thus combining the 91-year heritage of the Tivoli brand with the legacy of Kopke, the “oldest Port wine house in the world,” founded in 1638.
Located on the slopes of Gaia, in a former Kopke Port wine cellar adjacent to the hotel, it will be one of the most exclusive attractions, allowing guests to enjoy an “immersive experience in the world of Port wine.”
The work carried out by Mota-Engil ATIV included planting, lawn installation, an irrigation network, and gravel pavement—an eco-friendly paving system with a natural appearance, forming a highly resistant, 100% permeable, decorative, and durable surface.

A Mota-Engil ATIV conclui assim mais um projeto, recorrendo a soluções interdisciplinares que conjugam a valorização do território e o desenvolvimento sustentável dos espaços que projeta, constrói ou mantém.
