Exploring how technology is shaping the future of the planet through Facility Management was the starting point of the latest conference in the FM Journeys, which took place on November 27 at GaiaShopping.
Under the theme “Technological Innovation and Sustainability in Facility Management,” the event, supported by Mota-Engil ATIV, explored the latest innovations for efficient and sustainable building management, as well as their adaptation to the needs of an ever-changing population of users.
Dedicated to the panels “Decarbonization and Sustainable Management in the Built Environment” and “Technological Innovation and Sustainability in FM,” the specialists had the opportunity to share case studies and best practices with an audience eager to explore the potential of technology toward sustainability.
The highlighted topics included: Automation Systems, Asset Management with Technology, Digital Twins, and the use of Hydrogen as an Emerging Energy Source in buildings.
