The goal is to transmit knowledge and promote information sharing, as well as mutual assistance between the various divisions, encompassing all employees who wish to join the initiative.

Currently, Mota-Engil ATIV has over 1000 employees and a diversified and widespread activity from North to South of the country. To learn who we are and what we do, the “Thematic Month” initiative was created, which pays special attention to the different areas of our business.

The goal is to transmit knowledge and promote information sharing, as well as mutual assistance between the various divisions, encompassing all employees who wish to join the initiative.

As part of the activities of the month dedicated to Water and Conducts, an event was held in Alverca on March 8, which was attended by more than 50 people and featured the collaboration of the Client – AdTA and our technological partner – SIEMENS.

The day’s activities included a technical visit to the Water Factory in Alverca, followed by a demonstration of equipment used in pipeline inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitation activities.

Finally, the business area and team were presented, as well as some of the equipment and technology used in the activity, highlighting system operation and maintenance, automation, leak detection, among others.

It is up to each business area to show the rest of the company and colleagues what they do. We have very different areas, and we thought it was important for everyone to know the day-to-day of the other areas,” emphasized the CEO, Augusto Junqueiro, praising the initiative, which will be replicated monthly.

Augusto Junqueiro added that ATIV wants to continue investing and growing in this “technological, diversified, and very challenging area, where there are many opportunities.” In the end, he gave a special thanks to the entire responsible team, praising their experience, professionalism, and know-how.

This way, we all got to know this activity better, which contributes significantly and at all stages to the proper and efficient management of water, a resource of utmost importance!
