No âmbito desta iniciativa, a Diretora Adjunta de Produção (Água e Indústria), Vanda Soares, e a Diretora de Contrato (Internacional), Marta Neiva, ministraram o módulo dedicado à Operação e Manutenção de ETARI (Estações de Tratamento de Águas Residuais Industriais), onde foram abordadas as boas práticas e os desafios associados à operação e manutenção, reforçando a sua importância para uma gestão técnica e economicamente eficiente destas infraestruturas.
