Sin embargo, con la llegada del verano, observamos un aumento natural de las temperaturas, la exposici\u00f3n al sol y sus efectos, que son cada vez m\u00e1s perjudiciales.<\/p>\n\n<p>La Agencia Europea para la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (EU OSHA) recientemente lanz\u00f3 una campa\u00f1a de concienciaci\u00f3n dirigida a los trabajadores expuestos a los rayos solares y altas temperaturas, difundiendo una Gu\u00eda para lugares de trabajo con temperaturas elevadas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Esta gu\u00eda tambi\u00e9n incluye medidas de primeros auxilios para varios escenarios, como insolaci\u00f3n, agotamiento por calor, calambres e incluso erupciones cut\u00e1neas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"555\" height=\"312\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/HEAT-STRESS_FRAME_04.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/HEAT-STRESS_FRAME_04.png 555w, https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/HEAT-STRESS_FRAME_04-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>El estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico representa un riesgo para los trabajadores en todos los sectores de actividad, y su gravedad depende tanto del lugar de trabajo como de caracter\u00edsticas individuales como la edad, el peso y la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica (antecedentes de salud).<\/p>\n\n<p>Es importante actuar en prevenci\u00f3n adoptando h\u00e1bitos saludables de alimentaci\u00f3n, mantener niveles adecuados de hidrataci\u00f3n y proteger la piel de la exposici\u00f3n a los rayos solares.<\/p>\n\n<p>La protecci\u00f3n contra los rayos solares debe realizarse idealmente mediante sombra o ropa adecuada. En caso de no ser posible, como \u00faltimo recurso, se debe utilizar protector solar de alta eficacia, por ejemplo, factor 50.
