This project aims to make all business areas of the company known to more than 1,000 employees from the North and South of Portugal Continental, also promoting collaboration and interaction among those who wish to actively participate.<\/p>\n\n

In two sessions held in Alverca and Modivas \u2014 with a focus on the areas of Facility Management, Industry, and Construction \u2014 employees had the opportunity to learn more about the activities, teams, and projects of these business areas, through technical presentations and equipment demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n

The program began with the introduction and presentation of the areas, practical demonstration of industrial equipment in the electromechanics area, and interaction between the teams and tools used, ending with a visit to the Body Classification Truck.<\/p>\n\n

For the management, this initiative was fundamental. Fernando Ramos, COO of ATIV, highlighted once again the strategic importance of the initiative, emphasizing \u201chow important it is to make our business areas known, because only in this way can we have a more cohesive and aligned team for collective success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

After addressing the main business areas, the project does not stop. \u201cIt is essential to regularly repeat this sharing of knowledge so that all employees understand what is being done and what effect each area has on everyone\u2019s work and on the sustained growth of Mota-Engil ATIV.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

According to Fernando Ramos, this exposure of the areas makes their work more visible, such as Human Resources, Quality and Safety, and Equipment Management, \u201cwhich are also essential for operations, because without them we would not have effective and safe solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

“Thematic Month” is thus a step toward strengthening the organizational culture of Mota-Engil ATIV, promoting internal knowledge and team collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

With this initiative, Mota-Engil ATIV intends to grow and develop its activity, better preparing for the long road it still has to travel. Continuous learning and close connection between teams will be the key to its evolution. As Fernando Ramos concluded, \u201cthis is a company that is transforming itself, with much more to show.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Through this dynamic of knowledge sharing and better understanding of the areas and activities that are part of the Mota-Engil ATIV universe, the company reinforces its commitment to innovation and sustainability, fundamental pillars for sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n
