With 100 stores, 20 restaurants, 5 cinema halls, a hypermarket, and a parking lot for 2,300 vehicles, it is a flagship project, attracting 8 million visitors annually. <\/p>\n\n<p>With a unique commercial location in the heart of Lisbon, Armaz\u00e9ns do Chiado perfectly complement the street retail experience.<\/p>\n\n<p>ATIV is responsible not only for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Electrical, HVAC, and Mechanical installations but also for using diagnostic techniques that help anticipate potential issues, allowing proactive intervention at their source.
