Additionally, it sought to align participants around crucial strategic topics for the continued growth and success of Mota-Engil ATIV.<br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p>The CEO, Augusto Junqueiro, opened the day with an update on the 22\/26 Strategic Plan and its alignment across the different business areas, with a special emphasis on the focus on energy, water, and carbon efficiency solutions. These partners highlighted the challenges and opportunities arising from their collaboration with Mota-Engil, emphasizing the strategic importance of this relationship for both parties. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the afternoon, participants, divided into groups and coordinated by sponsors, worked on various topics with a focus on identifying and proposing improvements for ATIV. The topics discussed included Profitability and Cash Flow, Innovation and Sustainability, Internationalization, Optimization of Internal Processes, Accident Rates, and People.
