It is intended to be inclusive of all employees and the various divisions of the organization.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through lively and interactive dynamics, ATIV&#8217;s &#8220;youngest&#8221; business area was introduced over two intense and well-attended mornings, both in Alverca and Modivas. During these sessions, participants had the opportunity to learn about the activities developed in Carbon Management, as well as meet the teams and projects.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"487\" data-id=\"10697\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10697\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" data-id=\"10695\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca_.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10695\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca_.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_alverca_-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n<p>This area primarily emerged to combat climate change by taking a holistic approach to the entire emissions lifecycle of clients: from quantifying their environmental footprint to implementing measures for water, energy, and carbon efficiency, and finally, offering compensation solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p>The event also featured the participation of partners involved in various projects related to Afforestation, Reforestation, Conservation, and Biodiversity, including Cervas (Center for Ecology, Wildlife Recovery, and Surveillance), the company TerraFarmers, and ISA (Higher Institute of Agronomy).<\/p>\n\n<p>In Alverca, Fernando Ramos, COO of ATIV, once again praised the initiative, congratulating the department team for the work they have been doing in an area \u201cwhere almost everything is new, but with great dedication.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We have been closely monitoring and engaging on the ground, and we are very excited and eager for what is to come.&#8221; Today, we believe that the investment made in this business area is a winning one,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"487\" data-id=\"10703\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"487\" data-id=\"10707\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas_.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10707\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas_.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.ativ.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/gestaocarbono_modivas_-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n<p>At the session in Modivas, CEO Augusto Junqueiro emphasized the \u201cqualitative approach that presents us with a different dimension and makes us think more about strategy, future, and sustainability.
