On 26 April, Mota-Engil ATIV received in Alverca a group of professionals from the Women in Facility Management Group, a networking group that aims to share experiences of women working in Facility Management in Portugal and currently has 148 members (Portugal and Brazil).
Augusto Junqueiro – CEO and Cátia Neves, responsible for the Knowledge Management Department, led the site visit to Mota-Engil ATIV’s new office, discussing how the workplace strategy project leveraged the organizational transformation in the company and how this is reflected in the day-to-day experience of the hybrid model and new ways of working, based on the sustainability of the organization’s business.
