In front of a room full of employees, Augusto Junqueiro, CEO of Mota-Engil ATIV, marked the moment by sharing a brief overview of the history and timeline of Mota-Engil ATIV and the main milestones and Fernando Ramos, Executive Director of Operations, showed how the entire process of the work unfolded until it reached the final result.


In an area of about 1700 square meters and focusing wellbeing and sustainability, the space was designed and developed with its occupants in mind and took place with the contribution and participation of employees, reflecting the values of the new Mota-Engil ATIV organization, with the goal of making this new workspace more efficient and functional.
The process was supported by CPlace, a consulting company with specialised skills in the areas of Workplace Strategy, Experience Design, Change Management and Sustainability, focused on the creation of more human environments and more collaborative and agile ways of working, focused on well-being.
The CEO of Mota-Engil Group, Carlos Mota Santos, closed the session, visibly pleased to get to know this new house, leaving a vote of confidence for a future that is challenging but positive for all. Aware that the place and the work model are increasingly important variables in attracting and retaining talent within companies, the move to this space is also intended to keep people motivated and enthusiastic, in a pleasant, collaborative, healthy and sustainable environment.
