Hospital of Terceira Island with new water treatment plant for hemodialysis.

Mota-Engil ATIV was present, as a constituent part of the ACE, Haçor M, which has carried out the General Maintenance of all the hospital’s facilities and equipment since 2012.

This new water treatment station for hemodialysis will allow the implementation of more advanced techniques and save 3,500 cubic meters of water annually.

In operation for about a month and a half, it has already demonstrated reliability and efficiency, according to the board of directors, which stresses that it is a qualitative technological and scientific leap forward, “but also environmental, sustainable and above all safety, reliability and quality of the service provided to the user.” With extensive experience in the provision of integrated facilities services, particularly in maintenance management, Mota-Engil ATIV carries out its activity with a focus on ensuring a safe, functional, and operational environment in the use of buildings and surrounding spaces.
