With a total area of over 75,000m22, the building complex Centro Cultural de Belém comprises a museum, with permanent and temporary exhibitions, auditoriums and various spaces where shows and other cultural activities take place, 17 stores, offices and restaurants, indoor parking, various spaces for commercial meetings and congresses.
In compliance with the requirements of the SCE (Decree-Law No. 101-D/2020), the provision of services consists in carrying out the periodic assessment to which the GES (Large Service Buildings) are subject. The purpose of issuing the Energy Certificate is to identify a set of improvement measures, which will not only reduce the building’s energy consumption, but also equip it with more advanced technologies and systems and enhance the sustainability of the CCB building complex.
