TIC is a unique construction, with a covered area of about 20, 000 m2, designed for multiple programmatic utility and for public and community use.


Inaugurated by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira, the Terminal is part of the City’s mobility policy and aims to enhance the articulation between different means of transport, facilitating the connection between individual, collective, and soft means of transport.


The contract is for 3 years and involves about 40 people, including staff and subcontractors. Mota-Engil ATIV is responsible for the Operation, Maintenance, Security of Facilities and Monitoring, providing the Terminal in permanent conditions of operation, operability, and conservation.
Mota-Engil ATIV will ensure the best conditions for the provision of services in the entry, operation and exit of vehicles at the Terminal, also having as areas of operation: Waiting areas; Information; Management and issue of tickets; Dispatch of orders, Baggage Management; Monitoring and control of the Terminal; Conservation and maintenance of the Terminal, Support for PRM (People with Reduced Mobility); Parking and Other services.
