This meeting was held in line with the strategic plan of the Mota-Engil Group, Building 26 – For a Sustainable Future, aimed at expanding the knowledge and capabilities of Manvia and Vibeiras and promoting synergies and complementarities in the portfolio of activities of both organisations.
The workshop was led by Professor Nuno Moreira da Cruz, Executive Director of the Centre for Responsible Business & Leadership at the Catholic University of Lisbon, and involved managers from various divisions who worked intensely as a team to achieve a single purpose.
By thinking on the meaning, the Reason for existence, Where we aspire to go and What unites us, it was possible to find the definitions of the Mission, Vision, Values and Purpose, in other words, “our reason for being”.
Taking as its starting point “We value assets, transforming the community for a more sustainable future”, Mota-Engil ATIV’s Mission is to promote the efficient performance of assets and the well-being of users, its Vision is focused on Ambition and talent to lead carbon neutrality.
